PSYCHOLOGY FEES
Standard consultation (50 mins) – $160.00

$75.20 out-of-pocket fee for client with valid Mental Healthcare Plan issued by their GP.  If you also have a Health Care card the out of pocket expense is $15.00 as the Health Care Card rate is $99.80 per standard consultation. In exceptional circumstances, and for clients on the New Start allowance, or Youth Allowance, Debra provides bulk billing.

You may be eligible for Medicare subsidised mental health care treatment under a specialist Mental Healthcare Plan. Please discuss eligibility with your GP.

Subject to individual circumstances, patients with a valid Mental Healthcare Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $84.80 per psychology consultation. Please consult your General Practitioner for more information

Debra is a registered provider for  Worksafe Victoria and  New South Wales; DVA:  Department of Veterans Affairs;  VVCS:  Veterans and Families Counselling Service;  TAC: Transport Accident Corporation; and a number of Employee Assistance Programs including Benestar, Drake Workwise,  Victorian Professional Counselling Service, Converge , Central Gippsland Health Service, and Southern GP.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies for appointments with allied health practitioners and specialists. To ensure our psychologists can meet the needs of their patients, we require that you supply us with no less than 24 hour hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. You may be liable to pay a cancellation fee of up to $30 for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours.

Please arrive on time! We value your time and we work very hard to keep our appointments running on schedule. Sometimes delays are unavoidable, but to assist us to keep on schedule we ask that you arrive for your appointments on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
