PSYCHOLOGY FEES
Standard consultation (50 mins) – $180.00

Clients on Job seeker and Youth Allowance will be bulkbilled. The rate for other holders of health care cards is $130.00.

Clients with a valid mental health care plan will receive a rebate (currently $93.35, set by the government).

Debra is a registered provider for WorkSafe Victoria; DVA: Department of Veteran Affairs; Open Arms: Veterans and Families Counselling Service; TAC: Transport Accident Commission (Vic); Medicare: Better Access Programme; VACU: Victorian Ambulance Counselling Service; VOCAT: Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal; and the NDIS: National Disability Insurance Scheme.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies for appointments with allied health practitioners and specialists. To ensure our psychologists can meet the needs of their patients, we require that you supply us with no less than 24 hour hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. You may be liable to pay a cancellation fee of up to $50 for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours.

Please arrive on time! We value your time and we work very hard to keep our appointments running on schedule. Sometimes delays are unavoidable, but to assist us to keep on schedule we ask that you arrive for your appointments on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
